The waters are deep and we go from one deep water puddle to the next. Mole to heart and chest pain to anxiety attack to dislodged arm to cough and fever to severe itchy rash/scabies and back to the mole. Experiencing the humanness of doctors. Why do we expect them to know everything? If we can't trust them, who can we trust? Oh God, you are my refuge. I will trust in you.
May longweekend was a10 hour trip to Regina to see Debbie and Kaytlin. The trip was full of memories: grasshopper splats on the windshield, potholes, ghost towns, Bison and TransX semis, prairie dog holes, antelope, memories of Mom, Dutch elm disease signs, children asking, "How much longer?", blue skies with white fluffy clouds building up for a thunder storm, and coming back home to the mountains.
They are moving to their new home in Mahogany. a dream come true. But how I will miss them.
